Gary Lerude serves as mmTron’s marketing director, responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy to communicate mmTron’s unique capabilities and products.
He brings over four decades of marketing, business development, and product management experience at leading RF/microwave semiconductor firms, helping develop and commercialize compound semiconductor technology, from device to system, for both defense and commercial markets.
Lerude began his career at Texas Instruments (TI), where he helped birth the GaAs MMIC industry, today so embedded in daily life. During his 19-year tenure at TI, he held a range of positions, including design engineering, program and product management, and marketing and business development.
Following TI, Lerude held product management and business development roles at M/A-COM and TriQuint Semiconductor, prior to its merger with RFMD to create Qorvo.
Before joining mmTron, he was the technical editor for Microwave Journal (MWJ), the industry’s leading publication covering RF, microwave, and mmWave technology, markets, and business.
Lerude is a Life Senior member of IEEE and the Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S).
