+ MMIC Engineering Director

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly capable MMIC Engineering Director with a solid background in MMIC design, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple technical teams to efficiently and effectively produce best in class mmWave products. As key senior member of a rapidly growing team, the Engineering Director will report directly to the mmTron VP of Engineering. Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Applications Engineering Hardware Manager with a solid background supporting MMIC amplifier products, excellent leadership and teamworking skills, and strong drive to satisfy mmTron’s customers. Responsibilities

Lead characterization of MMIC amplifier products (operating from 100KHz to 110GHz).
Develop (through 3rd parties) evaluation hardware for the validation, characterization, and demonstration of company’s products.
Develop packaging and prototype assembly solutions for company products.
Create customer documentation, including datasheets and related technical publications.

Qualifications Required

Demonstrated experience developing application hardware for high-speed (preferably MMIC) semiconductor products and supporting customers through volume production.
Established relationships with 3rd parties including PC board design and assembly, mechanical engineering, test equipment and chip prototyping and packaging vendors.
