Product Description
The TMC160 DAC interface IC integrates a differential anti-alias filter, a pair of quasi differential distributed low noise amplifiers (LNAs), and an output balun in a 7 mm x 7 mm air-cavity QFN. It was designed to interface with >10 GSPS DACs, providing a clean, single-ended signal for the RF chain. The anti-alias filter can be custom designed to reject the clock and spurious artifacts of the specific DAC paired with the TMC160. The output is matched to 50 Ω and has a built-in bias-T, which eliminates the need for an external inductor to feed bias to the LNAs.
