Technology Visionary Diane M. Bryant Joins mmTron’s Board

mmTron is honored to announce the appointment of renowned technology leader Diane M. Bryant to its board of directors.

With a 35-year legacy of technology leadership at Intel, Google Cloud, Broadcom, and Nova Signal, Ms. Bryant brings strategic and operational expertise that aligns with mmTron’s mission to extend the reach of mmWave communications. Her appointment is at a pivotal time as mmTron deploys its products with tier 1 customers and enables growing markets like Satcom.

Background

At Intel, Ms. Bryant led the $19 billion Data Center Group, achieving unprecedented growth and cementing the company’s leadership in cloud and infrastructure technologies.

As COO of Google Cloud, she was pivotal in architecting its enterprise strategy and growing the platform to global scale.

Later, as CEO and board chair of the AI-medical device firm Nova Signal, she led the company through early growth and a successful acquisition, pioneering the direction of AI-driven healthcare.

Currently, she serves on the boards of Broadcom and Haemonetics Corporation and chairs the UC Davis Chancellor’s Board of Advisors.

A trailblazing role model and fierce advocate for women and underrepresented communities in STEM, Ms. Bryant was honored as one of Fortune’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” and named among Business Insider’s “Top 50 Engineers in the World” — reflecting her visionary impact.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis, and extended her leadership through executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

She also holds four U.S. patents, reflecting her engineering expertise and transformative thinking.
