Product Description

The TMC248's broadband frequency range is well-suited for 5G infrastructure, point-to-point radio, Satcom, and instrumentation applications. It can be used as a final power amplifier for medium power applications or as the driver for a power amplifier. The TMC248 delivers 26 dBm P1dB, 30 dBm OIP3, 20 dB gain, and 5.5 dB noise figure. Typical drain bias is 23 V and 60 mA.

The TMC248 is available as a die (TMC248D), measuring 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm x 0.1 mm. Die bond pads and backside have Au-based metallization compatible with ribbon and wedge bonding and high conductivity epoxy and eutectic die attach methods.
