Product Description
The TMC181-16 is a dual-channel version of the TMC161-16 in a 7 mm x 7 mm air-cavity QFN. Each channel converts a single-ended RF input to a differential output to drive a high-speed A/D converter for direct-sampling systems operating from L/S/C- into Ka-Band. Each channel integrates an input balun with bias tee, quasi-differential low noise amplifiers, and anti-alias lowpass filters. The TMC181-16 covers an RF frequency range from 3 to 16 GHz.
