Product Description
The TMC174 was developed to be the low noise amplifier (LNA) in a satellite uplink receiver operating in the frequency range between 27 and 31 GHz. It was designed to have both ultra-low noise figure (1.5 dB) and super-low power dissipation (30 mW), with 21 dB small-signal gain. The MMIC is biased from a single 3 V supply. The LNA is fabricated with a space-qualified pHEMT process, making it suitable for satellites from low Earth to geostationary orbits. It will be available as a die or packaged in a 4 mm x 4 mm air-cavity QFN.
This product is in Engineering Release. Samples are not yet available for evaluation.
