David Whiting, BSc

David E. Whiting has an extensive high tech manufacturing career spanning over 40 years focusing on RF/Microwave based products ranging from semiconductors, components and multi-function assemblies including both military and commercial based products.

David has held several Director and Vice President of Operation positions in leading companies such as MA/COM, COBHAM, Signal Technology, Corning LaserTron, and Tera Connect. Prior to retiring David was Director of Operations at New Edge Signal Solutions.

While at MA/COM, he also held senior Product Line Manager positions, directing the P/L for the Space and Control Components product lines.He was also the Director of Outsourcing for the semiconductor division. This gave David international experience which included Tier 1 contract Manufacturers in the Philippines, Taiwan, China and domestic companies within Mexico and the United States.

David attended Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, and majored in Business Administration.
